What we use to clean our homes makes its way into our bodies. We only use a mild detergent, with occasional spot remover where needed, reducing chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.  

Once we have done our cleaning the carpet is safe for you and your pets to walk on immediately. However, you should make sure the shoes or socks are clean as the wet carpet will pick up anything you have on your feet.

We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

We usually recommend 12 to 24 hours for your carpet to completely dry. We recommend turning on any fans that you can to help circulate the air allowing the carpet to dry faster. Beware not turning on fans or ac on a very stuffy day can lead to carpet to be wet for too long causing mildew.
